Advertising and promotion via the web on key real estate portals (Immobiliare.it, Idealista etc.) and in the most popular, specialised, print magazines (Marco Polo, Ville & Casali etc.).

TECHNICAL AND PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
- Sworn appraisals of property value
The sworn expert report is signed by a qualified professional who certifies accuracy of content. It also includes a sworn oath stating that individual “has well and faithfully fulfilled the task entrusted to them for the sole purpose of affirming accuracy.” This oath is taken by the sworn expert before a judicial clerk or Justice of the Peace pursuant to Article 5 of Royal Decree No. 1366/22, or before a notary public, pursuant to Article 1, paragraph 1, point No. 4, of Royal Decree No. 1666/37.
