The real estate agency “CarrubbaImmobiliare” comes to life thanks to the initiative of the title holder Manuela Carrubba, who has been working in the field since 2003 with a never unfaltering passion. The agency is located in Scicli, in the historic centre of this stunning town known world-widely due to the famous TV show “Il Commissario Montalbano”.
Manuela Carrubba has been a professional real estate agent and FIAIP (Italian Confederation of Professional Real Estate Agents) associate since 2006, the latter being the main categoric association recognized by the EU and synonym of constant professional development and client service within the utmost respect of the deontological code. Following various experiences in all the Ragusa area, in 2007 Manuela founded CarrubbaImmobiliare with the intent of putting all her preparation, competence and seriousness in a mainly touristic field for a clientele looking for the “ideal second home”.
And the recommendations, within the context of “the realization of a drem in a dreamy land”, vary from unique local buildings, “dammusi” or “aggrottati” brought back to life to bring back the typical flavour and atmosphere of the olden days, to houses in the old town centre, to luxury homesteads in the most beautiful countrysides of the Ragusa area, to gorgeous sea estates; all of it for a national and international clientele.
The agency has not suffered from the market crisis of these last few years and instead, growing stronger and more widely-known, it is now a steady benchmark for the whole territory. Thanks to its diverse suggestions, CarrubbaImmobiliare, now on the Net with the maximum visibility, will help you find the perfect real estate for every need of yours.
Welcome to the website and have a delightful time!
